Jeffrey received song awards for "Brand New Girlfriend","What Hurts The Most", "My Wish"," Me and My Gang", and "Everytime I Hear Your Name"!!

Jeffrey received the rare"Triple Play Award " from the CMA for 3 no. 1 songs in one year "Brand New Girlfriend" "My Wish" and "What Hurts the Most." He was also awarded by NSAI for the same songs including the 9 week A/C no. 1 for What Hurts The Most! Quite a week !!

As a die-hard performer, hit songwriter and producer, Jeffrey Steele is just getting started. With his current album " Hell On Wheels " released February 2006, Jeffrey is hitting the ground running. Among his many accolades over the past few years, Jeffrey has been named BMI songwriter of the year for 2003 and NSAI writer of the year for 2003 and 2005. If that wasn't enough, BMI recently awarded Jeffrey for over 17 million airplays for hits on such artists as Montgomery Gentry, Faith Hill, Tim McGraw, Trace Adkins, Leann Rimes, VanZant, and many others.

If Jeffrey's not writing a hit song, he is probably producing or performing one ! Jeffrey lent his producing skills on the Montgomery Gentry album " My Town " and the recent Keith Anderson album "XXL". Jeffrey is slated to produce both Keith Anderson and Mongomery Gentry's upcoming projects for '06.
